Get to know OUR Business Development Team:

Wolfpack Construction is a business development team equipped and trained by Kevin Sarno, a roofer who learned to master the commercial multifamily market for 20 years.

Starting in 2004, Kevin realized that his technical roofing ability was only half the battle. To truly grow, he had to learn how to serve the goals of property managers, regional directors, and ownership groups.

By shifting from "selling" to "serving," he scaled his company to 5 locations, and 36 full time in-house crews (W-2) performing repairs, maintenance, and restorations across multifamily portfolios. He personally proved a proactive service division model for multifamily, which allowed him to retire from the field. Although our name is Wolfpack Construction, we are not a contractor.

As a roofer, Kevin worked to become an approved and paid vendor with hundreds of management companies, and earned recurring maintenance agreements with over 7,000 communities before he retired from roofing in the field.

Now, as a business development team, we have taken the best of what Kevin did to grow, and we are bringing those exact field-tested practices to one partner per trade with our BDR Partnership Workflow. This is the same engine that powered Kevin’s expansion, and we are now embedding it into the businesses of our partners in Omaha .

When we partner with you in Omaha, We embed a comprehensive business development department into your company.

Here is what that looks like:

This workflow is intended to support consistent inspection opportunities, stronger vendor positioning, improved follow-up, and long-term multifamily growth. Portions of this workflow are performed by Wolfpack, portions are performed by Client, and certain portions require close coordination between both parties.

  • execution of contracted services

  • billing, invoicing, collections, lien release compliance, closeout documents, and project delivery

  • maintaining strong responsiveness and professionalism with property management contacts

More on OUR multifamily NETWORK IN Omaha, NE

take a look:

Here's a quick view of our existing network in Omaha:

Omaha is a steady, relationship-driven multifamily market with a strong economic foundation built around finance, insurance, healthcare, logistics, and a growing corporate presence anchored by companies with deep Midwest roots. The city benefits from consistent housing demand, a stable ownership environment, and management groups that tend to hold and improve assets for the long haul rather than chasing short cycles. For contractors looking to grow recurring revenue with dependable ownership groups, Omaha offers a strong path built on trust, consistency, and follow-through.

The Great Plains climate puts pressure on exterior systems from multiple directions. Harsh winters bring freeze-thaw stress, ice, and wind exposure that wear on roofing, siding, sealants, and masonry. Spring storm season brings heavy rain, hail, and wind that can create significant exterior damage across large portfolios. Summer heat and humidity add stress to coatings, drainage, and building envelopes. Owners and managers in Omaha stay focused on protecting their assets through seasonal transitions and planning capital work that keeps properties strong and operating efficiently.

Our approach in Omaha is built around the management companies and portfolio leaders who drive vendor relationships and capital decisions across the market. We have studied how these groups operate, how they qualify vendors, and how decisions move through regional and local teams. If Omaha is part of your growth plan, we can help you enter the market with a clear strategy, get your company in front of the right people, and build a footprint with ownership groups that value long-term partnerships.

How our dedicated and experienced BDR team gives you a white-labeled edge:

Our process is built on the proven workflows developed by Kevin Sarno. Starting in 2004, Kevin scaled his own service division to five locations, from Los Angeles to San Diego, by serving hundreds of management companies across thousands of communities.

His success wasn't built on technical roofing expertise alone; it was built on a proactive service model that prioritized the goals of the management company, and focused heavily on serving the individual roles within management companies to serve them, instead of hustling with a need to bid, close deals, and without self-interest in the size of the check.

We are here to help you build new multifamily accounts by introducing your company to every property in our network, strategically - over time. Each management company's portfolio in your city hold long term, ongoing work for your company.

Through our strategic communication workflows and our ability to create consistent "top of mind" awareness, we help you break in, and then serve throughout these portfolios. We want the property managers in your city to reach a point where you aren't just their first call... but you are the only call they need to make.

Like a hunting guide, we have studied the land, the targets, and the culture of every role within the management company org chart. We know how to position your company for proactive inspection opportunities and how to work the relationships produced through those opportunities to gain the respect of everyone from the on-site personnel to the corporate roles of regional managers, DOC's, LP, and M&A.
