Kevin Sarno has been serving property managers in the multifamily industry since 2004. As a roofer, he grew his company serving property managers at commercial multifamily communities.
With a proactive service division offering repairs and maintenance to those property managers, he was able to build a pipeline over those 20 years that was built on relationships.
He grew from one office to 5 offices, from 1 crew to 36 full time in house crews, and secured ongoing maintenance agreements with thousands of accounts, serving multifamily communities from Los Angeles to San Diego.
After retiring from the field, Kevin knew he wanted to help other contractors grow and scale serving property managers too.

The Accelerator course is 6 modules, 34 videos. It begins with an overview of how Kevin served property managers, packing 20 years of growing and scaling into just a few minutes of video to set the tone for the rest of the Institute.
From there, it goes through understanding the world of property managers, what they are thinking and dealing with on a daily basis, and how to view the property manager as you aim to serve more of these multifamily communities.
Then, it dives deep into the fundamentals of "what to do" before, during, and after inspections for property managers. This empowers you to understand how to work inspections, how to serve on site, and how to communicate with property managers about your proactive service.
