I’ve walked every inch of this business, from late-night repairs to negotiating long-term portfolios. What set the course for me wasn’t the chase for bigger jobs... it was realizing that serving first, carrying the weight, and showing up with consistency changes everything.

That’s how I built up to 5 locations, 36 crews, 230 men in the field and 7,000 communities being served.

I believe the real success in this industry comes from building something that lasts, pouring into people, and living out a calling bigger than myself. I teach from lived experience: wins, failures, scars, and all—because I know contractors need practical, honest guidance, not theories.
